Farming

To ensure the utmost quality in our olive oil, we employ eco-sustainable cultivation practices and significantly reduce the use of chemicals. Our unwavering dedication also extends to the responsible management of water resources, harnessing the full potential of our natural assets to minimize waste and optimize sustainability

02

Harvesting

In mid-October, olives are meticulously handpicked and efficiently harvested with electric tools. This dual method prioritizes quality, ensuring careful selection for premium oil. The used harvesting nets are thoughtfully designed without plasticizers, underscoring a commitment to eco-friendly practices in olive cultivation.

03

Extraction

Cold pressing, this method involves mechanically pressing the olives to extract the oil without the use of excessive heat. The process aims to maintain a lower temperature throughout, typically below 27°C. Cold pressing helps preserve the delicate flavors, aromas, and nutritional qualities of the olive oil. It's the method that produces high-quality extra virgin olive oil.

04

Standardization

During the bottling process, we take meticulous steps to safeguard the quality of our olive oil. We utilize certified and controlled environments where our dark-shaded bottles are carefully filled in a vacuum. Additionally, we employ non-refillable caps to ensure the integrity and authenticity of our olive oil remain intact. This attention to detail guarantees that our customers receive a product of the highest quality.
